ALLEN WANG, DPM

Podiatrist, Practice Owner

Hello, my name is Dr. Allen Wang. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI. I was inspired to go into the medical field at a young age when I witnessed the excellent care my grandmother received while in the hospital. A few years down the road, I decided to pursue Podiatry while attending undergrad at Michigan State when I was introduced to the field through a medical club. I then proceeded to shadow a Podiatrist in the area, and fell in love with the career. The rest is history!

I attended Podiatry school at Rosalind Franklin University, specifically at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduating in 2015, I then went on to begin my residency training at McLaren Oakland in Pontiac, MI. The 3 year program trained me in both routine office care as well as surgical treatment of various foot and ankle pathologies. The residency program also had a focus in wound care and Diabetic infection management. I successfully completed my residency program in 2018.

I am currently board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). I had the incredible opportunity of purchasing the practice from Dr. Ecker at the end of 2020. I enjoy routine office work as well as performing surgical care. I look forward to providing you with your foot and ankle needs!
