Clarus topical antifungal is a very useful product for those who are fighting athlete's feet on the top or bottom of their foot. The active anti-fungal ingredient is Tolnaftate, which is designed to kill the fungus (as opposed to stopping growth in some other anti-fungals). In addition to a great anti-fungal, the product also adds a moisturizing component of 20% urea cream, which allows the medication to penetrate deeper in thicker skin.
